Cloudiness vs. Latitude
Cloud cover appears to have a small to non-existent correlation to the latitude, as the values have a nearly equal spread across latitudes and cloudiness percentages. It is interesting to note that a few small clusters of values occur primarily at 0% cloudiness and near 100% cloudiness. This could possibly be explained by the global weather patterns on this given day. Further research could explore whether cloud cover on other days and in other seasons follows a similar pattern.
